Wireline Winch
Wellserv has its own fleet of wireline logging trucks and standalone winches. We rent our logging units and winches to third parties and drilling crews. Training for the equipment is always available.
Wellserv standalone wireline winches comes in configurable sizes (700- 3500m) providing more flexibility for our clients. We can customise the winches to meet your needs.
Our winches are designed for reliability, with a strong steel box frame configuration. The drum is constructed of aluminium, providing strength and reduced weight. The frame is protected with a powder-coat finish. The frames have forklift tubes and lifting / tie-down lugs for easy transport.
The latest generation wireline controller is connected to the winch by a multi-core cable and provides the following features:

- Zero cable tension detection and shutdown
- Datum zero depth position detection
- Select single or multi position depth set points (way pts)
- High limit cable tension alarm and shutdown
